I wonder if someone who know this insect details about it,its name, how to eradicate it

Hello Murenzi,

I have no experience in pests of Jatropha in Africa, but I think it is a leafmining moth of the genus Stomphastis, perhaps Stomphastis thraustica.  I think you first have to look at the real damage before considering control. These leafminers are often not really damaging and, if the density is really as you show on the picture or even slightly above, I am pretty sure it won't reduce the yield.
